Greetings,
Well, from what I can determine from the link below, it appears that rural Idaho loses again. It appears that hardly
anyone sent in a comment, as far as I could tell, approx. 6 from this area. The last 3 or so pages of the link finally breaks
down what took place with the I.P.U.C. and on the last page, someone finally stood up for rural Idaho. We have
struggled for many years to make rural Idaho come into at least the 20th century, but it looks as if we are going
backward again. No wonder we are losing our jobs and youth to the populated cities. I just hope everyone keeps their
CB radios if the lines go down and they need communication for emergency service. Very disappointing!
