SUBJECT: MUD LAKE TELEPHONE, CASE NO. GNR-T-1 1-06
In September 2011, Mud Lake Telephone filed an Application for extended area
service (EAS). On December 10, 2012, Mud Lake filed a Notice of Withdrawal of its Petition
stating that it decided to not pursue this EAS application at this time. Consequently, this case
should now be closed.
