On August 5,2013, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission approved the recommendation
to extend the relay service contract with Hamilton Telecommunications. This contract is for the
first one-year extension at the proposed rate of $ 1.99. You may begin the process to secure the
new 12-month contract before the December 1, 2013 expiration of the existing contract.
