My client, Gold Star Communications, LLe, DCN 3400, is respectfully requesting a block of numbers in the Driggs, Idaho
rate center. They originally had this block of numbers and returned them back to the Pool, in an effort to fully comply
with the order to donate numbers a few years ago. They are requesting the 208-399-6, block back. I have attached
my denied Part 3. I am asking for a State Waiver, so that we can obtain the number block of 208-399-6 for DeN 3400
