HAMILTON TELECOMMUNICATIONS,
INc. FOR THE PROVISION OF RELAY
SERVICES IN IDAHO.
ORDER NO. 29915
CASE NO. GNR- T -05-
After consulting with the Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) Advisory
Committee the TRS Administrator has entered into a contract with Hamilton
Telecommunications, Inc. for the provision of relay services within the State of Idaho. Idaho
Code 9 61-1303(1)(b)(vi) requires that the Commission approve the contract between the TRS
Administrator and Hamilton.Based upon the Administrator s recommendation and our
independent review of the contract dated November 17, 2005, we find the contract reasonable
and in the public interest.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the contract between the TRS Administrator
and Hamilton Telecommunications, Inc. for the provision of relay services within Idaho is
approved.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any
matter decided in this Order. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code 9 61-
626.
