COMMISSION INVESTIGATION TO DETERMINE IF OCMC , INC.
HAS VIOLATED THE TERMS OF ITS PRICE LISTS AND THE
COMMISSION'S OPERATOR SERVICES AND PAY TELEPHONE
RULE 104.04. CASE NO. GNR-04-
On April 7, 2004, aCMC, Inc. filed a Motion to Terminate this Investigation. Staff
has until April 21 , 2004 to answer this Motion under the Commission s Rules. Due to other
briefing deadlines Staff requests the Commission grant it an additional seven days to file its
response to aCMC's Motion. Ifthis request is granted Staff would file its response on April 28
2004. Staff has contacted counsel for aCMC who has no objection to granting this request.
