VIOLATED THE TERMS OF ITS PRICE LIST AND THE COMMISSION'S OPERATOR SERVICES AND PAY TELEPHONE RULE 104.04. CASE NO. GNR- T -04- NOTICE OF ORAL ARGUMENT On April 7, 2004, OCMC, Inc. filed a Motion to Terminate the Commission Investigation along with a Memorandum in Support. OCMC contends the Commission should terminate this investigation because Rule 104.04 cannot be enforced under Idaho Code ~ 62-620. Second, OCMC argues that the Commission should terminate this investigation because there are no outstanding consumer complaints regarding price list noncompliance. OCMC requested oral argument on its Motion. On April 28, 2004, Staff filed a Response to OCMC's Motion to Terminate the Commission s Investigation. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission finds the public necessity requires that a hearing on OCMC's Motion be convened in less than 14 days. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will convene oral argument on OCMC's Motion to Terminate this Investigation on TUESDAY, MAY 18, 2004 AT 1:30 M. IN THE COMMISSION'S HEARING ROOM, 472 W. WASHINGTON, BOISE, IDAHO. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
