On April 7, 2004, OCMC, Inc. filed a Motion to Terminate this investigation. Staff
has until April 21 , 2004 to respond to this Motion under the Commission Rules. Staff has
requested the Commission grant it an additional seven days to file its response to OCMC'
Motion. If the Commission grants this request Staff would file its response on April 28, 2004.
Staff has stated it has contacted counsel for OCMC who has indicated no objection to the
Commission granting this request.
COMMISSION DECISION
Based on the foregoing, the Commission grants Staff s request for an additional
seven days to respond to OCMC's Motion. Accordingly, Staffs response shall be due on April
, 2004.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Commission Staffs request to respond to
OCMC's Motion to Terminate this investigation is granted. Staff shall file its response to this
Motion on or before April 28, 2004.
