This letter represents Silver Star Communications ' and Teton Telecom s report of
~ompliance with the requirements of Order No. 29452, issued March 26, 2004 ("Order ) in
the above case.
The hardware necessary to provide LNP capability has been installed, the technical
issues referenced in my November 15, 2004 letter to the Commission have been resolved
and the final testing has been successful.
Silver Star Communications',and Teton Telecom are in full compliance with the above
order and capable of providing Local Number Portability.
