REGAL DIVERSIFIED, INc. dba REGAL TELEPHONE COMPANY.
CASE NO. GNR- T -03-24.
On April 13 , 2007, Regal Diversified, Inc. dba Regal Telephone Company filed a request
for the immediate cancellation of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to offer basic
local exchange service and the withdrawal of all tariffs currently on file with the Commission. The
Company indicated it did not currently have any customers in Idaho and had ceased its
telecommunications operations in the state.
The Commission granted Regal Diversified, Inc. Certificate No. 417 on October 30, 2003
in accordance with Commission Order No. 29365.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the cancellation of the Certificate as requested.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to cancel the Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity
issued to Regal Diversified, Inc.
