Dear Ms. Brown:
With respect to your letter dated August 27 2003, in which you request further
information regarding Regal Telephone s pending application, we submit the following in
response to your request.
Item No.1 addresses the issue of our assumed business name. Please find enclosed
Document No. D66386 filed June 16 2003 , entitled "Certificate of Assumed Business
Name.
Item No.2 addresses listing or disclaiming any subsidiaries owned or controlled by Regal
Diversified, Inc. There are none other than Regal Telephone Company.
Item No.3 addresses questions or concerns with our illustrative tariff. All items have
been addressed in accordance with the model tariff ofthe State ofIdaho. Please find
three copies of our revised tariff enclosed.
Thank you for your thorough review of our tariff. Weare anxious to begin service in
Idaho and trust all of your questions and concerns have been addressed. We look forward
