OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL
LAWRENCE G. WASDEN
July 25, 2003
TO: PARTIES OF RECORD
RE:Regarding the Scheduling Conference for Case Nos. GNR-03-8 and GNR-03-
Dear Parties:
On July 21 , 2003, the Commission issued Order No. 29292 that denied Citizens' Motion for a
Stay and granted the Idaho Telephone Association s request for an evidentiary hearing. In this
Order the Commission also directed the parties to meet in order to establish a comprehensive
schedule for these cases. After contacting all of you it appears that July 31 , 2003 at 3:00 p.
(MST) is the best date and time for such a meeting. This conference will be held at the
Commission s Hearing Room located at 472 W. Washington, Boise, Idaho. In the event that you
cannot attend in person arrangements can be made so you can participate via teleconference.
Please contact me at ihammon~J'uc.state.id.or at (208) 334-0357 in order to make these
arrangements. Finally, should this date and time conflict with your schedules please contact me
immediately.
If the parties can agree upon a schedule it will be submitted to the Commission for its
adoption! approval.
Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
Sincerely, ~
.L~ ~v-
