My company name and dba is: Big Sky Telecom , Inc. with Web Domain of bigskytel.com.Big Sky Telecom , Inc. is already a CLEC and an Internet Service Provider in Idaho. Ipersonally feel this is not good business to allow an outside company wi th an "extremelyclose" name to Big Sky Telecom , Inc. to come in and compete wi th the similar serviceofferings. I have no concern about a company coming in and competing, however we havebeen an Idaho company since 1997 , building a name and reputation and service for customersof Idaho. We as an Idaho company care about our name and have spent time , effort and
money to build a solid name. I am concerned there will be great miscommunications and
possible business problems. Please accept my comment in direct opposi tion to allowing
this company to operate in Idaho wi th such a close name to Big Sky Telecom , Inc. I have
sent a letter to the IPUC also opposing this application.

Dear Commission Secretary,
I am writing you today in opposition to recent utility application Case No. GNR-03-
Notice of Application, Order No. 29319. This matter is an application for "Idaho Big
Sky Telecom" to provide Loeal Exchange Telecommunications Services. I am concerned
about this application in the,State ofIdaho. This Florida company is looking to apply to
provide services similar to my company and with direct name recognition almost
identical to my company Big Sky Telecom, Inc. Big Sky Telecom, Inc, was formally
established as an Idaho company in November 1997 and is still operating in Idaho
federal tax ill of 82':09497863 , state ofIdaho seller s permit number 000679600-
Big Sky Telecom, Inc. with internet domain ofbigskytel.com and bigskytel.net.
