This case and Case No. ALB-03-1 are for the same thing. The tax credit was (or is being) granted in Case No. ALB-
03-1. I put a notation in the case management log and closed Case No. GNR-03-9. See Order No. 29307 , it was sent
over for signatures Thursday.
Here is the text of the e-mail I sent to Doug and then his response back to me:
Why does Albion have two cases requesting broadband tax credit? We have one that was given a generic number (GNR-
03-9) then they have one that is ALB-03-1. Are they for the same thing or are they different cases? GNR case was
received in February, the ALB case was received in May with the group of cases. Can you shed light on this for me?

Albion sent in the Feb one, then Conley Ward sent in the May one in a batch.....Ijust went with the batch - its
the same thing. I guess we can tell Janet to close that GNR.
