CANCELLATION OF BRIDGEBAND COMMUNICATION, INC.'S
CERTIFICATE 406.
On Januay 6,2002, the Commission approved BridgeBand Communication, Inc.'s
(BridgeBand) CPCN Application and Certficate No. 406 was issued to the Company. On
December 4, 2009, the Commission received a letter from BridgeBand stating that it wil not be
providing services in Idaho and requests that the Company be "removed from the Idaho PUC."
In a follow up conversation, Staff was advised that BridgeBand customers in Idaho are
served by third-pary telecommunications providers and wil not be affected by the Company's
withdrawal from the state. Staff, therefore, recommends that the Commission cancel Certificate
No. 406.
