GNR-02- ORDER NO. 30976 On December 4, 2009, the Commission received a letter from BridgeBand Communications, Inc. requesting withdrawal of its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) No. 406 issued on January 6 2003. BridgeBand stated that it will not be providing services in Idaho and requested to be removed from the Idaho PUC records. In its Decision Meeting on January 4 2010, the Commission approved BridgeBand' s request for cancellation of Certificate No. 406. COMMISSION FINDINGS In September 2002, BridgeBand Communications, Inc. filed an Application with the Commission requesting authority to provide telecommunications services within the State ofldaho and in December 2002, the Commission granted BridgeBand's Application for a CPCN. Order No. 29173. On December 4, 2009, BridgeBand requested cancellation of its Certificate and stated that it will not provide local exchange services within Idaho. BridgeBand stated that its customers are served by third-party telecommunications providers and will not be affected by the Company withdrawal. Staff recommended the Commission cancel Certificate No. 406 and remove the Company s price list or tariff on file. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that BridgeBand Communications, mc.s request for cancellation of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 406 is granted. Certificate No. 406 is no longer in effect, and BridgeBand is no longer authorized to provide telecommunications services in the State ofIdaho. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory ORDER NO. 30976 Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~ ~ 61-619 and 61-626.
