Please accept ths letter to provide a change in the status of Big Sky Telecom, Inc. Big Sky Telecom
Internet Servces has been sold to company Digita Detour, Inc. Big Sky Telecom, Inc. a corporation in
the state ofIdao has been dissolved. Digital Detour, Inc. has retained the services of Big Sky Telecom
and would like to maintain the CLEC statu of Big Sky Telecom. I do not know the process by which
Digital Detour, Inc. operatig the business of Big Sky Telecom's internet servces has to proceed in order
to retain any CLEC statu, but hopefully thi letter ca intiate the correspondence with the new owner and
the PUC.
