CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY ORDER NO. 29458
CASE NO. GNR-O2-
On March 18, 2004, the Commission received a letter from counsel for iLOKA, Inc.
dba Microtech-tel ("iLOKA") indicating that it has no customers and has no plans to operate in
Idaho. Accordingly, counsel advised that the Company wished to voluntarily withdraw its
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 414. iLOKA was granted Certificate No.
414 in May 2003. Order No. 29263.
Based on this record the Commission cancels iLOKA's Certificate No. 414 as
requested and shall remove all of the Company s tariffs from its files.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that iLOKA, Inc. dba Microtech-tel's Certificate of
Public Convenience and Necessity No. 414 is cancelled.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all of iLOKA's tariffs filed with the Commission
shall be withdrawn.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally
decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-02-
13 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order
with regard to any matter decided in this Order or interlocutory Orders previously issued in this
case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person
may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~~ 61-626 and 62-619.
