Voluntary withdrawal of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to
Provide Resold and Facilities-Based Local Exchange telecommunications services
and intrastate telecommunications services within the State ofldaho
Dear Ms. Jewell:
On behalf of the company, I hereby respectfully request to cancel iLOKA, Inc. d/b/a
Microtech-tel's (iLOKA) Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to Provide Resold and
Facilities-Based Local Exchange telecommunications services (Docket No GNR-02-13) and
intrastate telecommunications services. Please pull both tariffs out of your active files.
This request is based upon iLOKA's determination that it no longer intends to provide
telecommunications services in the State ofldaho. Based upon the fact that iLOKA currently has no
customers, iLOKA asserts that the voluntary discontinuance of its certification will have no adverse
impact upon consumers.
I have also enclosed an extra copy of this letter to be date stamped and returned to me in the
enclosed, self-addressed, postage prepaid envelope.
