withdrawal of the tariff advice containing deposit requirements filed with the Idaho Public
Utilities Commission on July 12,2002.In support of this notice,CenturyTel notes that
proceedings relating to deposit requirements are currentlyongoing in multiplestates.To reduce

the expense associated with multipleproceedings,CenturyTel is withdrawingthe tariff advice in
Idaho subject to possible refiling at a later date.
