Certificate authorizes The Local Connection to provide basic local exchange services, including
three-way calling, speed dialing and Caller ID , in Idaho. The Commission approved The Local
Connection s Certificate by Order No. 29213 issued March 27, 2003 , and authorized The Local
Connection to provide telecommunications services within the areas served by Qwest
Corporation, Citizens Communications and Verizon Northwest. This Certificate is predicated
upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 29213.
