On February 26, 2004, the Commission received a letter from Centel
Communications, Inc. (Centel) requesting to withdraw Certificate of Public Convenience and
Necessity No. 411 issued to Centel in May 2003. Order No. 29230. Centel indicated that it is no
longer doing business in the State of Idaho.
At the Decision Meeting on March 5, 2004, Staff recommended to the Commission
that Centel's request be granted and Centel's Certificate be withdrawn without prejudice. This
Order approves Centel Communications, Inc.' s request to withdraw its CPCN.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Centel Communications, Inc.'s request to withdraw
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 411 is approved, and Certificate No. 411 is
no longer effective.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order may petition for
reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order. Within seven (7)
days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for
reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~ 61-626.
