FOR CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO PROVIDE LOCAL EXCHANGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES. CASE NO. GNR- T -02- ORDER NO. 29230 On February 28, 2002, an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide basic local exchange service within the State of Idaho was filed by Centel Communications Inc. Centel specializes in the resale of business, residential and public access lines (PAL). Centel is incorporated in the State of Washington with headquarters in Goldendale Washington. The Company intends to resell business, residential and PAL lines within the State of Idaho. On February 19, 2003, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure to process Centel' s Application. Staff reviewed Centel's Application and supporting documentation and filed written comments recommending approval of its Application. The Company has satisfied the Commission s application requirements and also avers that it will comply with all relevant Commission rules. The Commission finds that Centel Communications Inc. has satisfied all the requirements of the Commission s Rules and Procedural Order No. 26665 setting forth the requirements for an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity. It is therefore appropriate for the Commission to approve the Application of Centel Communications Inc. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Application of Centel Communications Inc. for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is granted to enable the Company to provide basic local exchange service within the State of Idaho. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-02- may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in ORDER NO. 29230 this Case No. GNR-02-Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration.
