RE:IDAHO POWER COMPANY TARIFF ADVICE NO. 10-05 ADDING CITY
OF NEW PLYMOUTH FRANCHISE FEE.
BACKGROUND
On December 21 , 2010, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City of
New Plymouth to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City of New Plymouth
adopted Ordinance No. 331 on November 1 , 2010, imposing a franchise fee of 1.5 percent. A copy
of the Ordinance was submitted with the Application.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission accept Tariff Advice No.1 0-05 for filing with an
effective date of January 31 , 2011.
