Dear Ms. Jewell:
This letter it to inform the Idaho Public Utility Commission ("Commission") that Tel West Communications, LLC is
seeking to withdraw its CLEC certification in the state of Idaho. Tel West Communications has no current
customers in Idaho and has discontinued service with no future plans to provide service within the state. As Tel
West Communications has no customers within the state, no customer notice or customer deposit refund was
necessary. Any existing price sheet or tariff on file at the Commission should be pulled from public access.
