This Certificate authorizes NTERA to provide resold and facilities based local exchange services within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved NTERA’s Certificate by Order No. 28989 issued April 2, 2002, and authorized NTERA to provide telecommunications services in the State of Idaho. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 28989.
