RE:CERTIFICA TE NO. 407 NAME CHANGE FROM KMC DATA, LLC TO
HYPERCUBE TELECOM, LLC; CASE NO. GNR-Ol-l1.
On February 3, 2003, the Commission issued Order No. 29159 (Case No. GNR-Ol-ll)
granting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, Certificate No. 407 to KMC Data
LLC (KMC), authorizing the Company to provide local exchange and interexchange services
within the State of Idaho.
On August 22 , 2008, the Commission received notification of a name change from KMC
to Hypercube Telecom, LLC. KMC provided an updated price list reflecting the new business
name, Amended Certificate of Formation from the State of Delaware, and Amendment of
Registration of Foreign Limited Liability from the Idaho Secretary of State. KMC states in its
letter that its Idaho customers will be notified ofthe name change.
ST AFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the price list and name change documentation and believes KMC is
compliant with the Commission s Rules of Procedure and Idaho Statues. Staff, therefore
recommends Commission approval ofthe name change on Certificate No. 407.
