EI Paso Networks, LLC (the "Company ) wishes to voluntarily surrender its Certificate
of Public Convenience and Necessity, granted on October 10 2001 , case number GNR-
T -01-, order number 28874, without prejudice. The Company has not provided
telecommunications services to customers in Idaho, nor does it have any loop, transport
or switching facilities in the state.
Please let me know if you require further action on the Company s part. If! do not hear
from you, I will assume that this letter effectuates the surrender.
