CASE NO. GNR-OI- MINUTE ORDER On March 30, 2001 New Access Communications LLC filed an Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to provide resold local exchange services throughout Idaho in Qwest's and Verizon s service territories. On August 3, 2001 , the Commission issued Order No. 28805 granting New Access Communications' request for a CPCN subject to the requirement that the Company provide evidence to the Commission of establishment of a $40 000 bond. The Commission did not receive any evidence from the Company indicating establishment of the $40 000 bond, therefore a CPCN was not yet issued to New Access Communications. On August 17, 2007, New Access Communications filed a request to withdraw its CPCN due to the sale of all assets to First Communications LLC.
