On March 28, 2001, NOS Communications, Inc. filed an Application requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide basic local exchange service in Idaho. On January 29, 2003, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn without prejudice. Consequently, NOS’s Application for a Certificate is hereby considered withdrawn and the case closed.
