permission to withdraw without prejudice its Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity to Provide Local Exchange Telecommunications Services filed March 28, 2001 in
the above-referenced proceeding. Upon further consideration, the company has decided not to
expand into the local services market in Idaho at this time
