MINUTE ORDER
On March 28, 2001 , NOS Communications, Inc. filed an Application requesting a
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide basic local exchange service in
Idaho. On January 29 2003, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn without
prejudice. Consequently, NOS's Application for a Certificate is considered withdrawn and Case
No. GNR-01-6 is closed.
ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, following the withdrawal by NOS Communications
Inc. of its Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, that Case No.
GNR - T -01-6 is closed.
