TO INTRADO COMMUNICATIONS, INC.

On May 23 , 2001 , the Commission issued Order No. 28737 granting SCC
Communications, Inc. (SCC) a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide local
telecommunications services within Idaho. Certificate No. 388 was issued to SCC on June 4
2001.
On July 18 , 2001 SCC filed an Application to amend its Certificate of Public
Convenience and Necessity to reflect that SCC Communications has changed its name to Intrado
Communications. SCC's Application notified the Commission that it has undergone internal
corporate restructuring, has changed its name to Intrado, Inc., and has transferred its Certificate
to a wholly owned subsidiary, Intrado Communications, Inc. The notice indicated the name
change and restructuring "will neither result in any changes in the terms and conditions of
Intrado (flkla SCC) current services, nor result in any changes in the management and technical
expertise, operation and control, and financial qualifications to provide service that were
previously approved by this Commission.The Commission Staff recommended that the
Commission approve this request and amend Certificate No. 388 to reflect the name change and
transfer to Intrado Communications, Inc.
Based on our review of the Application, we find that it is reasonable to amend the
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 388 to reflect the change in name from
SCC Communications Corporation to Intrado Communications, Inc. The Commission also finds
it is reasonable to perform this administrative function without initiating a public hearing.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Intrado Communications, Inc.s Application to
amend the corporate holder of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 388 is
granted.
THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally
decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-01-
may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order
with regard to any matter decided in this Order or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in
this Case No. GNR-01-Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for
reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~~ 61-
626 and 62-619.
