Coulson Creek - Shoup. We would be in favor of having toll calls to Salmon and NorthFork. We have phone service in Shoup and it is expensive to have vertually all calls be
long distance. the rate increase is very minor compared to the need for local phone
service in the Shoup area. The artea is expanding and needs to have toll service to
Salmon.
