of Public Convenience and Necessity No. 389 to reflect that Z- Tel has changed its name to
Trinsic Communications, Inc.
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Amended Certificate of Public Convenience
and Necessity is issued to Trinsic Communications, Inc., Certificate No. 389, to provide local
exchange and interexchange services within the State of Idaho. The Commission approved this
name change to Certificate No. 389 by Order No. 29695 issued January 31 , 2005, in Case No.
GNR-00-39.
