FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS.
On November 30 , 2010 , Potlatch Telephone Company (Potlatch) filed Tariff Advice Letter
10-07P seeking Commission approval to add STAR business bundles and to grandfather Total Talk
for business customers. In this filing, Potlatch is offering two STAR business bundles that package
services and features together for a flat monthly rate and is available to business customers with one
to three business lines who also subscribe to TDS Telecoms high speed data service. In a follow up
email, Potlatch states that the business basic local exchange service of the bundle is priced above
cost. In addition, the Company wishes to grandfather the Total Talk bundles. Potlatch requests an
effective date of December 30, 2010.
ST AFF ANALYSIS
Staff has reviewed the filing and accepts the cost statement provided by Potlatch. Staff
believes the proposed terms and rates are reasonable and, therefore, recommends approval of
Advice Letter 1 0-07P.
