RE: Updated Staff Redline version of Operator Services and Pay Telephone Rules.

Dear Interested Party:
This release contains the latest Staff revisions to the Operator Services and Pay Telephone Rules, IDAPA 31.51.01. Certain rules are omitted where Staff has not suggested changes. Staff is aware that some changes have been proposed by other parties to the omitted rules and others. This version does not contain these proposed alterations. This is not an indication of Staff’s position on these proposed revisions and only reflects the need for further discussion about them. Discussion which will take place at the Workshop scheduled for September 27, 2000. In addition, Staff has a conference bridge available for the Workshop. The call in number will be 435-676-0099.
