This release contains the latest revisions to the Operator Services and Pay Telephone Rules, IDAPA 31.51.01, which were discussed and agreed to at the Workshop on September 27, 2000. If we have omitted agreed upon revisions please advise. Furthermore, if you wish to comment on this version please do so no later Monday December 11, 2000. If no comments suggesting additional revisions are received by this date Staff will begin to finalize this version of these Rules.
