CERTIF'ICATE NO.384; CASE NO. GNR-T-00-23.
On April 12,2017, Eschelon Telecom, Inc. ("Eschelon") submitted a letter to the
Commission requesting the withdrawal of Certificate No. 384 approved by the
Cornmission on December 21, 2000. .See Order No. 28599. Eschelon states it has no
customers and is no longer operating in ldaho. Staffrecommends the Commission
approve Eschelon's request to cancel Certihcate No. 384.
