lnc. Eschelon Telecom, lnc. is not currently operating in ldaho. Electric Lightwave, LLC, a
subsidiary of Electric Lightwave Holdings, lnc. (Case No. ELI-T-04-2, Cerlificate Number 344)
currently does business, and will continue to do business, in ldaho.
Eschelon Telecom, lnc. desires to discontinue its ldaho Certificate of Authority. Since
Eschelon Telecom, lnc. does not have operations or customers in ldaho, no customer notice is
required.
Consistent with this filing, any existing certificates, price lists and/or tariffs associated with
lntegra Telecom of ldaho, lnc. should be cancelled and/or withdrawn.
Electric Lightwave, LLC remains committed to serving communications customers in
ldaho, and no changes should be made in relation to that entity or its Certificate of Authority
