RE: IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION OF SERVISENSE.COM, INC. FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY. CASE NO. GNR-T-00-19.
On June 28, 2000, ServiSense.com filed its Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate as a reseller of local exchange services within the State of Idaho. On June 12, 2001, the Commission Staff sent the Company a letter detailing the requisite price list changes needed before Staff could process its Application any further. After this letter went unanswered Staff sent a follow-up e-mail to the Company explaining that should no response be forthcoming it would recommend to the Commission that the Company’s Application be dismissed without prejudice. The Staff has not received a response to its inquiry. Accordingly, ServiSense.com’s Application cannot be approved. Furthermore, because of the Company’s inaction in this matter, Staff recommends that its Application should be dismissed without prejudice.
COMMISSION DECISION:
Does the Commission wish to dismiss ServiSense.com’s Application for a CPCN without prejudice?
