FOR A CERTIFICATE OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY CASE NO. GNR-00- ORDER NO. 29004 On June 28, 2000 ServiSense.com, Inc. filed its Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity ("CPCN") to operate as a reseller of local exchange services within the State of Idaho. On June 12, 200 I , the Commission Staff sent the Company a letter detailing the requisite price list changes needed before Staff could process its Application any further. After this letter went unanswered Staff sent a follow-up e-mail to the Company explaining that should no response be forthcoming it would recommend to the Commission that the Company Application be dismissed without prejudice. The Staff did not receive a response to its inquiry. Accordingly, ServiSense.com s Application cannot be approved. Furthermore, because of the Company s inaction in this matter, Staff recommended that its Application be dismissed without prejudice. Based on the foregoing, the Commission shall dismiss ServiSense.com s Application for a CPCN without prejudice. ORDER IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that ServisSense.com, Inc.Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is dismissed without prejudice. THIS IS A FINAL ORDER. Any person interested in this Order (or in issues finally decided by this Order) or in interlocutory Orders previously issued in this Case No. GNR-OO- 19 may petition for reconsideration within twenty-one (21) days of the service date of this Order with regard to any matter decided in this Order or interlocutory Orders previously issued in this case. Within seven (7) days after any person has petitioned for reconsideration, any other person may cross-petition for reconsideration. See Idaho Code ~~ 61-626 and 62-619.
