GNR.T-00.15 F'OR INTEGRA TELECOM OF IDAHO,INC.
BACKGRO UND/DISC USSION
On March 29,2017, the Commission received a letter asking that Integra Telecom of
Idaho, Inc., an Oregon corporation, be allowed to cancel its Certificate No. 386 issued in GNR-
T-00-15. Currently the company is not operating in Idaho and has no customers. Thc Company
further requests that existing certificates, price lists and/or rariffs associated with the Company
be cancelled and/or withdrawn.
The Company will continue to operate its subsidiary, Electric Lightwave, LLC., that was
issued Certificate No. 344 in Case No. ELI-T-04-02. Currently Electric Lightwave does provide
service to Idaho customers and will continue doing so.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staffhas reviewed the request and agrees that there will be no customers impacted by the
cancellation of this certificate and recommends approval. Does the Commission agree?
