not currently operating in ldaho. Electric Lightwave, LLC, a subsidiary of Electric Lightwave
Holdings, lnc. (Case No. ELI-T-04-2, Certificate Number 344) currently does business, and will
continue to do business, in ldaho.
lntegra Telecom of ldaho, lnc. desires to discontinue its ldaho Certificate of Authority
Since lntegra Telecom of ldaho, lnc. does not have operations or customers in ldaho, no
customer notice is required.
Consistent with this filing, existing certificates, price lists and/or tariffs associated with
lntegra Telecom of ldaho, lnc. should be cancelled and/or withdrawn.
ln addition to this filing, lntegra Telecom of ldaho, lnc. willfile to discontinue its business
registrations with the Secretaries of State of ldaho and Oregon, to facilitate the dissolution of the
