IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that this Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity is issued to NOW Communications, Inc., Certificate No. 376, to authorize NOW to provide residential local exchange service pursuant to resale agreements with incumbent local exchange companies. NOW is authorized to provide all residential retail services offered by ILECs for resale to competing carriers, and provide local telecommunication services in the areas served by U S WEST Communications, Inc. and GTE Northwest Incorporated. The Commission approved NOW’s Certificate by Order No. 28452 issued July 21, 2000. This Certificate is predicated upon and is issued pursuant to the findings of the Commission in Order No. 28452.
