MINUTE ORDER
On March 8, 2000, Concentric Carrier Services, Inc. filed an Application requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to provide basic local exchange service in Idaho. On May 4, 2000, the Company requested that its Application be withdrawn without prejudice. Consequently, Concentric’s Application for a Certificate is considered withdrawn and Case No. GNR-T-00-8 is closed.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, following the withdrawal by Concentric Carrier Services, Inc. of its Application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity, that Case No. GNR-T-00-8 is closed.
