Dear Attorney of Record:

Attached is a proposed Stipulation to move the date for filing rebuttal testimony four (4) days. As we discussed in the Settlement meeting, U S WEST and the Staff are discussing stipulating to the FCC model and its inputs. Agreeing to a matrix is taking longer than we anticipated. We do not want to file testimony that may be unnecessary. I have contacted a number of you personally and have been told this would be acceptable. Because we want to file simultaneous rebuttal, we need to agree. Please sign a faxed version and fax it back to me.
