BACKGROUND
On November 5 , 2010, Telecom Staff was notified that American Fiber Systems, Inc.
was not providing any local exchange services in Idaho. The Company also indicated that it
does not intend to offer local exchange services in the future and requested that its certificate be
withdrawn along with any effective tariffs on file with the Commission.
ST AFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed the request and recommends approval.
