A hearing convened in this case on March 20-21, 2001. At the conclusion of the presentation of evidence, Qwest requested an opportunity for filing post-hearing briefs. The Commission asked the parties to determine a schedule for filing briefs and the parties later informed the Commission through the Staff that they had agreed to the following schedule:
Initial Briefs—All Parties
Reply Briefs—All Parties May 15, 2001
May 31, 2001
The parties also agreed that the initial briefs will be limited to 20 pages and reply briefs will be limited to 10 pages.
O R D E R
Based on the recommendation of the parties, the schedule outlined above will control the filing of post-hearing briefs.
