RE: CASE NOS. GLD-T-97-1, GNR-T-97-18 AND ACM-T-97-2; APPLICATIONS OF GROUP LONG DISTANCE, INC.,STERLING INTERNATIONAL FUNDING, INC., DBA RECONNEX AND ATLAS COMMUNICATIONS, LTD., RESPECTIVELY, FOR CERTIFICATES OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY
On September 9, 1997, September 19, 1997 and September 24, 1979, Group Long Distance, Inc. (GLD) Sterling International Funding, Inc., dba Reconnex and Atlas Communications, Ltd., respectively, filed Applications for Certificates of Public Convenience and Necessity to operate as local exchange carriers in the state of Idaho. The Applications filed were in the standard form and Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Modified Procedure soliciting comments in each case.
